This  XXI Century Egg Processing Plant leaves behind the open processes of breaking and filtering, where the content of the egg was in contact with the environment. Without handling the egg, we avoid its microfissure and the contamination that this implies, as the Egg Layer Farm and the Processing Plant are communicated through an Egg conveyor belt.

Experience, training and equipment specially designed to process highly fresh shell egg, zero stock and maximum processing time of 12 hours between the laying and the breaking, guarantee of our Premium Egg products quality.

We have a Breaker with automatic analysis of digital images to detect yolk traces in the egg white, Pasteurizer with Indirect Exchange and automated process safeties, Horizontals Box Dryers of Indirect air heating and Hot Rooms, all elements that combine the traditional procedures with innovative technologies on heat treatments to provide homogeneity to the batch of the finished product.
